Delivery Policy
At KiligBox, we strive to ensure your flowers arrive as fresh as the moment they were cut. Since we connect you with local florists, delivery times and fees are determined by the specific artisan shop you choose.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (Local Time).
- Substitution: If a specific flower is unavailable due to seasonality, the florist will substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value.
- Recipient Not Home: If no one is available to receive the flowers, our riders will attempt to contact you for instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor or at the door).
Returns & Refunds
Because flowers are perishable items, we cannot accept returns. However, your "Kilig" experience is our priority.
- Damaged Goods: If flowers arrive wilted or damaged, please send a photo to our support team within 4 hours of delivery.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Resolutions: Depending on the situation, we will offer a redelivery of a fresh bouquet or a store credit for your next purchase.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. KiligBox collects only the necessary information to process your orders (Name, Email, Address, and Payment details).
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share your delivery details only with the specific Florist Partner and Rider responsible for your order.
