As a marketplace connecting customers with local florist partners, delivery timelines and fees may vary depending on the florist and your location. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cut-Off Times
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. We recommend ordering in advance for special occasions to guarantee availability.
Delivery Areas
Delivery coverage depends on the local florist partner you select during checkout. Each florist defines their own service area. Our platform will only display florists available in your entered delivery address to ensure we can fulfill your order.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are set by each individual florist partner and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. KiligBox does not add hidden delivery surcharges.
Flower Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If a specific bloom requested in your arrangement is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, the florist may substitute it with a flower of similar color, style, and equal or greater value. We will do our best to notify you of any substitutions.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery rider will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided during checkout. Based on your instructions, the rider may leave the arrangement with a neighbor, building reception, or in a safe location at the address. KiligBox is not liable for deterioration of flowers resulting from a missed delivery due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation within the expected window, please contact our support team immediately.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026Because flowers and perishable arrangements have a naturally limited lifespan, KiligBox does not accept physical returns. However, we are deeply committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
Damaged or Poor-Quality Flowers
If your order arrives wilted, damaged, or significantly different from what was shown at the time of purchase, please contact our customer support team within 4 hours of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the received arrangement
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your report and work with the florist partner to determine an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund, as the florist may have already begun preparing your arrangement.
To cancel, please contact us via our support email with your order number and cancellation request.
Resolutions We Offer
Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, KiligBox may offer one or more of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Redelivery of a fresh replacement arrangement
- Store credit valid for your next KiligBox purchase
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The recipient was not present and the order was left as instructed
- An incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
- The flowers were not reported as damaged within the 4-hour window
- Natural wilting that occurs after 24 hours of delivery (normal for fresh flowers)
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
